Annie's Special Chili



My Special Chili:
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2- 14.5 oz cans dice tomatoes (flavored if desired)
  • 3- 16 oz cans red kidney beans, drained
  • 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Brown meat in skillet. Add the onion and green pepper halfway through browning; drain liquid. Pour into slow cooker. 
Stir in remaining ingredients. Add hot pepper sauce for a spicy kick. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours or on Low for 7-8 hours.
